RULES |
| Games will consist of four, 10 minute periods. Two minute breaks will
be between periods 1, 2, 3, & 4. Five minute break between periods
2 & 3. All coaches should make a real effort to play each player three
periods per game. |
| Slide tackling will not be permitted. |
| All fouls will result in an indirect kick. There are no direct kicks
for this age group. |
| With respect to indirect kicks, the ball must be passed
to, or touched by, another player prior to being kicked into the goal. |
| Offside is not implemented as part of the match for this age group.

| Any and all comments or complaints may be addressed to the Coordinator
or by attending a Board meeting held every first Monday of the month. |
| If you have a child with special needs on your team, please advise the
referee and the opposing coach. |
| There will be absolutely NO FOUL LANGUAGE used during any practices
or games. Such language will warrant suspension. |
| Reschedule all games through the coordinator. |
| Coaches are responsible for the team's parents. If a parent is out of
control, it is up to the coach to talk to the parent. If any parent does
not follow the rules, he/she will be discouraged from attending future
games. |
| The referee has the final say during the game. The referee may dismiss
any game if the coach or parent becomes uncontrollable. |
| Once a game has started, no parents or coaches will be permitted on
the field without prior permission from the referee. All spectators must
sit opposite the playing teams side during all games. |

| REMINDER CONCERNING THE GAME |
| It is recommended that all teams have an assistant coach to cut down
on rescheduling of games and practices. |
| Coaching from the sideline should be minimized. Coaching should be handled
during practices, just prior to the game and during breaks between periods. |
| Any coach who repeatedly does not follow the rules will not be permitted
to coach the following season. |
| If field markings are not visible, the coaches must assist the referee
in sideline calling. |
| COLOR CONFLICTS- It will be the coaches responsibility to assure that
a color conflict does not exist. If there is a conflict, home team changes
to white or another non-conflicting color. |
| Call the following information to the Progress on Wednesday and Sunday
nights 814-765-7813. Give the following information: |
|
a. The teams played and scores
b. The players scoring
c. The goalkeepers (in the event of a shut-out)
